Who we are

What information we collect

When you fill in the waitlist form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and phone number, along with which programme you’re interested in (Fit To Lead™ Sprint, Lead From The Front™ Programme, or Retreats).

If you complete The Complete Leaders Audit™, our scorecard tool (ScoreApp) collects your responses along with your name and email address, so we can send you your results and relevant follow-up content.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and discuss whether our coaching programmes are a good fit for you
• Send you your Complete Leaders Audit™ results and related content
• Send you useful content, as well as information about offers to join our programmes, retreats, and other opportunities

We don’t sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Where your information is stored

Your information is stored securely using Mailchimp (our email platform) and ScoreApp (our scorecard tool). Both are established providers with their own data protection safeguards in place.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed to our emails or an active client, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your rights” below).

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Ask what information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time (every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us directly)
